Terms of Service & User Agreement

1. Agreement & Nature of Utility

CalcWorker is an independent online computational platform developed and maintained by Zaviyan LLC. We provide free, client-side financial, tax, loan, real estate, mathematical, and health estimation utilities for personal, educational, and business planning purposes.

By accessing or using any calculator, formula, or content provided on CalcWorker, you acknowledge and agree that all tools are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranty of any kind, either express or implied.

2. Computational & Professional Disclaimers (YMYL)

Because our tools perform mathematical modeling across financial and physiological fields, you explicitly acknowledge the following limitations:

• Not Financial, Legal, or Tax Advice: Calculations performed on CalcWorker (including paycheck withholdings, mortgage PITI, 1099 freelance taxes, auto loan amortization, and 401k savings) are mathematical approximations. They do not constitute formal financial, tax, legal, or investment advice. Always consult a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), licensed financial advisor, or tax attorney before making binding contractual or financial decisions.
• Not Medical Advice: Health and fitness tools (including BMI, Calorie TDEE, and Water Intake calculators) provide statistical population estimates. They are not clinical diagnostic instruments and do not replace personalized consultation with a licensed medical professional or registered dietitian.
• Rate & Rule Fluctuations: While our formulas are benchmarked against official 2026 IRS publications, Federal Reserve data, and platform fee schedules, real-world rates, local municipal tax codes, insurance underwriting, and lender doc fees may produce variances.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

The CalcWorker brand name, logo, original interface designs, custom CSS styling, and algorithmic software architecture are the intellectual property of Zaviyan LLC and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to access and utilize the calculators for personal and internal business use. Automated scraping, bulk scraping of formulas, or unauthorized commercial redistribution of our proprietary software is prohibited without prior written consent.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Zaviyan LLC, its officers, members, employees, or contractors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Mathematical variances, calculation discrepancies, or formula errors.
• Financial decisions, loan commitments, tax penalties, or investment losses resulting from estimates produced by our tools.
• Service interruptions, browser incompatibilities, or technical downtime.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the use of CalcWorker shall be resolved exclusively within the competent courts of the United States.
